Design and development of RF/microwave systems like T/R modules, RF front end of automotive/satellite/phone/base station/ radar.
Participation in the full development/ integration cycle of ASIC/FPGA from concept to mass production. Develop System Verilog based RTL designs, with a focus on DSP and digital communication system blocks.
Have experience in one of the following four areas: RF device modeling; RFIC/MMIC design; RF system design; Antenna Design and measurements
Propose algorithmic solutions and Lead the algorithm analysis and implementation throughout the various simulation phases (Floating point, fixed point, CoSim with RTL) .
Experience with planar Antenna array development, from concept to design, simulation, fabrication, and measurements (S,C, X, Ku and Ka bands).
Ph.D. Thesis with/or 5-10 year experience on RF/ mmWave circuit design is expected at architecture level including power amplifiers, PLL, Mixers etc.
The candidate has to define and manage the Ka/Ku band T/R module ASIC integration with the knowledge of design specification, architecture design, behavioral modeling, logical implementation, synthesis and testing etc.
Experience with complex schematics and multilayer PCB layout and overall board development, testing and debugging, design experience with digital, analog, crystal, power, and USB I/O interface using Altium is must.
